Privacy policy
This website is a personal professional profile. It uses no cookies, no analytics or tracking tools and no contact forms. Below, as required by Art. 13 GDPR, I explain which personal data is nevertheless processed when you visit it.

2. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. When you open the website, the server automatically records information sent by your browser: IP address, date and time of access, the page requested, referrer URL, browser type and version, and operating system.
This processing is necessary to deliver the website and keep it secure and stable. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; my legitimate interest is the secure and error-free operation of the website. IP addresses are stored in the access logs in anonymised form only. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the hosting provider.
3. Contact by email or phone
If you contact me by email or phone, I process the details you provide (in particular your name, contact details and the content of your message) to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to a contract or pre-contractual steps, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; my legitimate interest is answering your enquiry.
As I am based in the People's Republic of China, your messages are received and processed there. The EU Commission has not issued an adequacy decision for China. The transfer takes place because you actively contact me there and it is necessary to handle your enquiry (Art. 49(1)(b) GDPR). I delete your data once your enquiry has been fully dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
4. Google Fonts
This website uses the typeface "Plus Jakarta Sans" from Google Fonts, provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. When you open a page, your browser loads the typeface from Google servers, which transmits your IP address to Google, possibly also to the USA. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; my legitimate interest is a consistent presentation of the website. Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. 5. External links
This website contains plain links, including to LinkedIn. No plugins or embedded content from these providers are used; data is only transmitted once you click a link. From then on, the provider's own privacy policy applies.
6. Your rights
You have the right at any time to:
- access the data stored about you (Art. 15 GDPR)
- have inaccurate data corrected (Art. 16 GDPR)
- have your data erased (Art. 17 GDPR)
- restrict processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
- data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
- object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (Art. 21 GDPR)
To exercise these rights, simply write to kl@kayloewer.de. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR), in particular in the member state of your residence or place of work.
7. Obligation to provide data and automated decisions
You are not obliged to provide me with personal data. Without the technically necessary connection data, however, the website cannot be displayed. No automated decision-making, including profiling, takes place.
